Elite Phlebotomy Concierge provides white-glove mobile specimen collection services with professional travel, safety-conscious collection, specimen processing support when needed, and secure delivery to a local laboratory patient service center, such as Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp.

Service fees are convenience fees for mobile specimen collection services. Fees may include travel, specimen collection, processing support when required, and delivery to the approved laboratory facility.

Note: Most blood tests require a physician's order, laboratory order, or approved testing kit.
Test Preparation
How to Prepare
Sometimes special preparation is required to improve the accuracy of a test. Your physician should provide written instructions for preparing for your test. Follow those instructions exactly as written.
If you are not certain whether special preparation is required, or if you have questions about the instructions you were given, contact your physician's office before your appointment.
Before your appointment, please:
- Drink water before the appointment unless your physician has instructed otherwise
- Follow fasting instructions if fasting labs were ordered by your physician
- Have a physical or digital copy of your physician or laboratory order ready
- Have a valid government-issued photo ID ready
- Prepare a clean, well-lit space with a sturdy table and comfortable chair
- Allow a 15-minute arrival window due to local traffic conditions
- Provide at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellation whenever possible
